I really loved the experience I had at Brooklyn Pet Spa, my cat came home smelling better than me! I had two concerns I wanted to flag: the website says there are locations all over Brooklyn and I thought I was booking an appointment much closer to my own home. I know it helps to have those location landing pages for marketing, but it's misleading. I also booked an appointment that said online it was 25 minutes and I arrived and was told the appointment would take two hours. These are minor things, but then I had to wander around a part of Brooklyn nowhere near my home in my pajamas for two hours. It would be helpful to know the actual length of the appointment beforehand so that I could be prepared to wait.

I can’t say enough things about this pet shop! They truly went above and beyond when it came to caring for my cats. It’s rare to see them come home relaxed after a bath session. The staff took great care of them, and I could tell they were treated with so much love and attention. A special thank you to Rhaissa, the bather, who did an incredible job! She handled my cats with such kindness and professionalism, making sure they were comfortable. The front desk team was also fantastic — so welcoming and helpful, they made the whole experience seamless. If you’re looking for a place where your pets are treated like family, this is definitely the spot! Highly recommend.

This was my second time taking my cat Fluff to Brooklyn Pet Spa, and I was very satisfied with how it came out! They did his haircut even shorter this time, with a larger sanitary shave area which was perfect since his hair grows so quickly and usually requires a lot of brushing and grooming. If you have a cat, I definitely recommend getting a full sanitary shave. Even if it looks strange, your cat will love it and it grows back! Each time, I can tell he is so happy afterwards and loves his haircut too. He didn’t even seem stressed out after, even though he typically hates the carrier and being taken anywhere. I’m also a cat-sitter, and I’ve started recommending Brooklyn Cat Spa to other long-haired cat owners too. It’s not easy finding pet-grooming services for cats but this place does such a great job! 😊

Awesome grooming! Very Friendly and efficient! We dropped off our coquito for a trim and they did an amazing job. No cuts or scratches! He came out smelling really good ! My dog came home happy and clean. What more can you ask for? I will be back soon

This was our first time going here today, and it was FANTASTIC! Not only were they able to squeeze us in (in a day notice), they were also very kind and informative concerning the care and cut for my dog-child. Got him about a little over one hour later, and he came out looking so sharp and smelling good like blueberries. I would definitely go back there again.

Excellent service! Everyone I spoke to was very kind and accommodating. Our 4 month old puppy was getting a little raggedy and we were nervous to get her first haircut because we didn't want her to get shaved down. They were so sweet and patient with us, and they listened to exactly what we wanted. 2 hours later our baby was beautiful and she had little purple bows in her hair! I melted. Definitely coming back. *Go to Grand Canyon Diner across the street while you wait- great breakfast!

So happy with Pet Spa. We needed a quick appointment. Our fluffy pup was a mop was getting knotted and had a burr from camping we could not get out. The staff was so kind and helped us get in right away. This is the best haircut she has ever had. Pet spa just made a forever client family!

Crush has been here twice and no complaints. The lady who is usually there in the mornings is super friendly! Easy to book a last minute appointment which I love! My suggestion is skipping the fragrance and treating your dog to their deep conditioning service. Way less itching!
